3. We do the border

Our team buys it in India, receives it at our border office and clears customs. Duty gets confirmed — you see both numbers.

4. Courier to your door

Once duty is settled, a Nepali courier brings it home. Track every step.

Straight talk on customs

Customs duty shown at checkout is an estimate. The final amount is confirmed at physical clearance — if it comes in higher, you pay the difference before your parcel moves. If lower, we log the credit back to you.
